Salmon Spawner Survey Workshop
Upcoming EventsWant to learn how to survey restoration sites for salmon? At this workshop you’ll learn to identify the five Pacific salmon and their redds. You’ll get field practice surveying streams, and learn how SFEG uses this data to evaluate salmon habitat restoration projects. After training, each volunteer team will be assigned a survey reach and commit to surveying once per week late October through early January. Regular monitoring is essential for accurate data collection.
