SUMMARY:Salmon Sightings Oyster Creek
DESCRIPTION:Join us at noon November 4 at Oyster Creek to view the spawning chum salmon!  In partnership with Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association and Taylor Shellfish in Bow\, WA. \nThere are no guarantees with wild animals\, but this has been a great spot for viewing salmon the past few years. \nKnowledgeable staff from SFEG and NSEA will be available to teach about salmon life cycle and habitat restoration done locally by both groups. \nParking is extremely limited\, so please carpool! \nNo need to register\, but if you’d like to be in the loop about changes or cancellations\, let us know you plan to attend!

DESCRIPTION:Join us Saturday\, November 18 to plant trees at DeBay’s Slough in partnership with WDFW! \nThis event is located at the WDFW Johnson-DeBay Swan Reserve\, 22767 Francis Rd\, Mount Vernon\, WA.  Follow the drive to the far end parking area (not the first parking lot you see from the road). Discover Pass requirement waived while you are volunteering onsite. \nBring your own garden gloves if you have them.  If not\, we have some you can borrow!  Boots recommended.  We will provide tools\, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. \nRegister HERE
